First, we make sure your data is clean. We often identify duplicate records ( and “de-dupe” them), incomplete or outdated information, and inconsistent formatting. We make sure your data is consistent, accurate, and ready to port.
Once the data is cleaned and validated, we begin the actual migration process. This typically involves exporting information from old systems, mapping the fields correctly into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and importing the data into the new ERP environment in phases.
During this process, we carefully check (and recheck) that information transferred correctly.
Depending on the complexity of the business, migration may happen in multiple rounds before final go-live.
